On September 30, 2025, Governance Innovation Ver.4: Integrated Reform of Regulation, Sanctions, and Liability for the Social Implementation of Agile Governance was published. The report references, in a footnote (p.68), the Policy Research Institute’s proposal titled “Recommendations on Accident Investigation and Information Sharing under the Telecommunications Business Act,” which was released on August 1, 2022.

This report reflects the involvement of Takafumi Ochiai (*1), Head of the Policy Research Institute, along with research group members Tatsuhiko Inatani, Seiko Shirasaka, Hiroki Habuka, and Yuichiro Watanabe, who served as committee members for the Study Group on New Governance Models for Society 5.0.
