Our Institute's Head, Takafumi Ochiai, appeared in the ITechLaw-hosted session titled “AI, Cybercrime and Soft Law: The Japanese Regulatory Approach.”

    Takafumi Ochiai, Head of the Policy Research Institute (1), appeared in ITechLaw’s YouTube feature titled “AI, Cybercrime and Soft Law: The Japanese Regulatory Approach.” In the session, he discussed the evolving landscape of cybersecurity and cybercrime in Japan, with a particular focus on emerging threats such as AI-driven fraud, cyberattacks, and deepfakes.
