On May 28, 2025, Takafumi Ochiai, Head of the Policy Research Institute, Submits “Memo on Promoting EBPM in Regulatory Reform” to the 23rd Plenary Session of the Cabinet Office’s Council for Promotion of Regulatory Reform
At the 23rd Plenary Session of the Council for Promotion of Regulatory Reform, held on May 28, 2025, Takafumi Ochiai (1), Head of the Policy Research Institute, submitted a “Memo on Promoting Evidence-Based Policy Making (EBPM) in Regulatory Reform.”
This memo was co-submitted by Toshio Taki, a member of the research group and an expert member of the Council. It was also prepared with the cooperation of Tatsuhiko Inatani, another research group member, and Principal Researchers Yuka Daimon (2) and Ryutaro Ebata (3).
