Completed the Graduate School of Law at Kyoto University. Graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M. specialised in Competition, Innovation and Trade Law). At the Research and Legislative Reference Bureau of the National Diet Library, engaged in national policy issues centered on information policy. At the Economic Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, handled international economic dispute resolution at the World Trade Organization (WTO) and related matters. Subsequently served as an account lead primarily for government clients at the Legal Division of Accenture, before establishing a legal, intellectual property, and external affairs team as Head of Legal at an autonomous driving startup. Assumed current position in November 2025, overseeing legal affairs, governance, and risk management in the AI domain.
