Born in 1989. After graduating from International Christian University (ICU), she worked at Recruit and CrowdWorks before taking on her current roles. She works to bridge government bodies, local authorities, private companies, and startups in order to bring new industries and lifestyles — including the sharing economy — into practical social use, driving regulatory reform, policy advocacy, public opinion formation, and public-private partnership projects.
In 2018, she founded the general incorporated association Public Meets Innovation. She serves as an Outside Director at U-NEXT Holdings (the youngest woman on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange). She appears as a social entrepreneur commentator on numerous programs, including Fuji TV's Mr. Sunday and Nippon TV's Shinsō Hōdō Bankisha! and Shu-ichi!. She has been selected as one of Forbes JAPAN's "30 Japanese Rule-Makers."
