Originally from Fukuoka City, she completed a master’s degree in Architecture at the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Tokyo University of Science.
After working at the Kyushu TLO Company (Island City Urban Design Center) and the Fukuoka Asian Urban Research Center, she became independent in 2020. Since 2017, she has also been involved with the Fukuoka Directive Council (FDC).
Throughout her career, she has been engaged in urban development through multi-sectoral collaboration among industry, academia, government, and civil society.
In particular, her strengths lie in long-term regional strategy planning, supporting project implementation aligned with public policy, and designing and operating living labs that address social issues in collaboration with local citizens.
She also continues to engage in research on civic pride, focusing on the relationship and interaction between cities and their citizens.
