Naoto Ikegai
Professor, Graduate School of Law, Hitotsubashi University
Naoto Ikegai earned his undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University and completed his doctoral studies at Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies of the University of Tokyo. Mr. Ikegai holds a Ph.D. in Socio-Information and Communication Studies. His previous appointments include: Project Lecturer, University Library / Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies, The University of Tokyo; Researcher, InfoCom Research, Inc.; Associate Professor, Department of Policy Studies, Faculty of Economics, Toyo University.
He was appointed Associate Professor at Hitotsubashi University’s Graduate School of Law in April 2021 and was promoted to Professor in September 2022.
